Changes and decisions by the people on the project, and what the agents and the pipeline did, generated from the project's history: Log:PROJECT (decisions and changes), Log:Ai (the agents' work), Log:Pipeline (every item's moves). Read-only: add with POST /api/v2/history. The demo also has this prototype's own log, Log:diesel2.
